Physical and Spiritual Health

  1. Please send along any physical issues you wish to address.
  2. Have you studied with spiritual leaders or gurus? If so, which ones?
  3. How do these studies play a role for you to this day?

Dreams and Time Perception

  1. Do you notice different time periods of your life that you cannot account for (like lost time)?
    • What age did they begin, and have there been recurrences?

On the Day of Your Clearing

1. Set the Space

  • Choose a private, quiet room where you can speak freely and express emotions.

  • Keep pets in another room.

  • Be near a window if possible—natural light often helps.

2. Prepare Your Body & Mind

  • Be open to seeing, hearing, or feeling anything.

  • Share any physical or emotional concerns at the start.

  • Make sure you’re comfortable—have space to sit, lie down, or stand as needed.

3. Dress Comfortably

  • Wear loose-fitting clothes (a robe, sarong, or towel is ideal).

  • You may be asked to disrobe slightly to move energy more easily—no worries, it will be respectful and guided.


Helpful Supplies

1. Essentials

  • Filtered drinking water – Stay hydrated.

  • Charged phone – Keep a backup (cell phone or landline) ready.

  • Epsom salt – For a post-session detox bath (use at least 8 cups per bath).

2. Energy Tools

  • Pendulum – For confirming and tuning into energetic shifts.

  • Crystals or power pieces – Anything meaningful to you.

3. Essential Oils
(Have these on hand, with a carrier oil like olive, apricot, or coconut oil.)

  • Citrus (Orange, Bergamot, Lemon, or Grapefruit)

  • Peppermint

  • Lavender (or relaxing blends like Copaiba or Rutavala)

  • Tree Oils (Frankincense, Fir, Spruce, Cedarwood, Myrrh, or Sandalwood)

  • Rose water spray – Optional but helpful.

Tip: Make sprays for the single oils by adding 4–8 drops of oil into 8–12 oz. of filtered water in a spray bottle.


After the Session

  • Take an Epsom salt bath to help clear residual energy.

  • Journal any dreams, thoughts, or emotions that arise before and after the session.
